Before You Ask

Wedding DJ questions, answered

Everything Manchester couples usually want to know before booking.

How much does a wedding DJ cost in Manchester?

Most wedding DJs in Manchester charge between £400 and £800 depending on the date, venue and hours. Every wedding we play is quoted individually — tell us your date and venue and we'll come back with a clear, no-obligation price. Check your date for a fast quote.

Do you cover our venue?

Almost certainly. We play weddings across all of Greater Manchester — from city-centre venues like Albert Hall and King Street Townhouse to Victoria Warehouse, The Monastery and country houses across Salford, Trafford, Stockport, Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, Tameside and Wigan. We also travel across Cheshire, Lancashire and the wider North West. See all the areas we cover.

Can we choose the music — and can guests make requests?

Yes and yes. Before the big day we'll build a picture of what you love (and a do-not-play list — sacred). On the night our DJs mix your must-plays with what's working on the floor, and guest requests are welcome whenever they fit the vibe.

How far in advance should we book a wedding DJ?

Popular Saturday dates in summer go 12–18 months out, especially at Manchester's best-known venues. If your date is closer than that, still ask — there's often more availability than you'd think.

Do you bring the DJ equipment?

Every booking is tailored to the venue and the party you want. Some venues have in-house sound; others need a full setup bringing in. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we'll sort the right solution — no surprises on the day.

Are you insured?

Yes — our DJs carry public liability insurance (PLI) and PAT-tested equipment documentation, which most Manchester venues ask for. We can send certificates straight to your venue coordinator.
